The Rotobore® is a complete rotating spindle system for any vertical Sinker EDM Machine with the ability to dramatically reduce EDM cutting time by providing improved flushing and uniform electrode wear. The rotation provided by the Rotobore® system assists in the flushing of debris and assures that the hole produced will be perfectly straight and round. Accurate
centering and alignment of electrodes to within .0001" over 4 inches are provided by a unique builtin centering and 2 axis tilting system, the Centri-Tilt®, two way shift centering mechanism eliminates electrode runout, regardless of the size of the electrode.
