Miniature "G" Mills for Graphite

Diamond Coated Miniature Carbide End Mills has an AD (Amorphous Diamond) coating which is a smooth, hard, thin film coating used primarily for machining graphite and non-ferrous materials.
Applied at low temperatures under 1500 C, thin film diamond enhances the surface properties of carbide without distorting the concentricity of the end mill.

  • "G" Mills have shown to be a cost effective solution in producing electrodes by lowering costs and improving productivity.

  • Designed with a Fast Helix and 3 or 4 Flute design, "G" Mills outperform conventional end mills by providing faster particle evacuation, while producing extremely smooth finishes in graphite.

  • Factory laser inspection to insure more accuracy when machining graphite electrodes.
