Belmont’s exclusive line of Ameri-Graph EDM materials is manufactured in the USA by Mersen. Each graphite grade, from our US-500 to US-950, are isostatically molded to provide consistent results regardless of the direction of the cut. Ameri-Graph grades were developed to provide a mid-range U.S. quality EDM graphite that covers a wide range of applications.

Ameri-Graph US-950 Suitable for wire EDM electrodes, deep holes, and fine ribs.  Best performance on steel, refractory steel, titanium, molybdenum, copper, and tungsten carbide.
Ameri-Graph US-800 Suitable for wire EDM electrodes, deep holes, and fine ribs.  Best performance on steel, and refractory steel.
Ameri-Graph US-700 Suitable for wire EDM electrodes, and deep holes.  Best performance on steel, and refractory steel.
Ameri-Graph US-600 Suitable for steel applications and can easily be machined into electrodes.
