Ameri-Graph Graphite EDM Description and Properties| While metallic's such as copper were originally the material of choice in other parts of the world, graphite has been preferred as an electrode material in the U.S. Market since it was first developed for EDM. Belmont's exclusive line of Ameri-Graph EDM materials is manufactured in the USA. All of the materials, from our US-300 to US-950 are isostatically molded to provide you consistent results regardless of the direction of the cut. The Ameri-Graph line was developed to provide mid-range U.S. quality EDM Graphite. Many materials cannot meet the rigid EDM requirements that go into the production of Ameri-Graph. Ameri-Graph EDM Graphite's are available in rounds, machined and saw cut plates and large block sizes.
